1. NZ's record 259/7 beats India by 87 in Auckland
Glenn Phillips hit 107, his third T20I hundred, and New Zealand reached 259/7, their highest T20I total (see highest T20I totals). He arrived early with the score on 34/2 and added a big stand with Michael Bracewell as the middle overs went for plenty. Jacob Duffy then took 4/23, removing Sanju Samson and Ishan Kishan in the first over of the chase, and India finished on 172/9. Tilak Varma top-scored with 35 and Mayank Yadav took 3/48. India still lead 3–1; it was New Zealand's first win of the series after defeats in the 1st and 2nd games.
2. Arshdeep Singh: first Indian man to 150 T20I wickets
Arshdeep Singh reached 150 T20I wickets in Auckland. In our 26 October snapshot he had 148 in 101 matches at 20.41, economy 8.65, well clear of the next Indian men, Jasprit Bumrah (126), Hardik Pandya and Axar Patel (114 each). In our 26 October snapshot Rickelton had two Test hundreds and Mulder three. The series is 1–1 after the Durban and Gqeberha Tests, so today settles it.
